Hummingbird Care offers an ideal environment for those recovering from illness or an operation. We also welcome clients awaiting hospitalisation. All of the services available to residential clients are also available to convalescent care clients .
With the addition of;
- Pre and post care assessments
- Physiotherapist by arrangement
- Hydrotherapy by arrangement
- Transport to and from hospital
- Excellent links to a multidisciplinary team including:
– Doctors (3 monthly assessment visits)
– District Nurses etc.
